While shopping may be considered as a form of therapy, it can take the wrong turn and become a stressful situation – especially when you end up regretting what you just bought. Not only will you be wasting time, but you may be wasting your money, too. Here, we’ll cover some tips on how to avoid those shopping mishaps and keep your shopping well-being in check.
7 TIPS TO AVOID MAKING BAD SHOPPING DECISIONS

The no-sweats thing is totally me. I have to look cute when I go shopping because I feel like if I'm iffy on a shirt when I look my best, how will I feel about it when I look like crap?
i buy tons of clothes just cause "i like them / they look cute / its on sale" only to have them in shopping bags (with receipt and tags ) all untouched sitting on the floor of my closet
