I was being nostalgic the other night and decided to re-watch some old Harry Potter trailers, being that the newest and final film is only mere weeks away from its release. What I found was much more epic. It's a brilliant mash up of all of the most important scenes from each of the films. If you're a Harry Potter fan, you have to check this out.
First off, I am so impressed by this fan's editing, and second, I think the song fits perfectly in the video. If you want to see more from the video's creator, you can go to her YouTube page here.
Tell me, Lovelies: What did you think of the video? Are you sad to see Harry Potter coming to an end?
I loved all the books, but I never really enjoyed any of the movies. Every time a new book was out I had to buy it the day of. Although, I don't think I was ever such a hardcore fan of the series. So as of Harry Potter coming to an end, it's not really phasing me.
This is a series that got me through boyfriend drama, losing friends and finding love. Harry Potter was there for me in all of my most glorious moments. The series is what brought my husband and I together when we first started dating. For me, the final movie is the end of an era. I will miss it more than I could ever sum up in words.
the scene where sirius dies always gets me. harry's emotions are so raw and so powerful.
this is still a brilliant video. i can't believe this is the end. *tear*
agh, i cried. -_-
So excited for the last film. I love how they used the same actors/actresses through the whole series. Makes it more believable.
Gah, that video had me in tears!
That was so good! I just want to go and watch all of the movies now.
='( *single tear* WHYYYYYYY DOES IT HAVE TO END?!
Oddly the saddest part for me was when Dobby died, that's the only part of any of the movies that made me cry.
That. Was. AWESOME.
Want to cry, but holding back the tears... GAHHHHH
OHMYGIDDYGOD'STROUSERS
I CANNOT WAIT. *weep*
I'm so excited and sad at the same time. This series has been around since I was in the fourth grade and I am now entering my senior year of college. The characters, story, and world never get old for me. The movies are a different story :P The only movies I really enjoyed were 1, 2, 4, and 7.
Anyways I'm going to be in France when it's released and it comes out the 13th of July instead of the 15th. WOO!! :D
@Trueinnerbeauty - Dobby is a much more important character in the books, if you think the movie made you cry you should read the books, dear God I was bawling.
OMGOMGOMG. I'm going to cry when I see the last film, I know it.
:( this makes me want to cry. it's really. really. good.
Almost cried. That was amazing. The editor needs to make trailers professionally. That about summed it up perfectly.
This is so good! I cried! I cannot wait for the last movie!
Thanks for sharing the video, it was really good! I know DH Part 2 will be sad.....
I am sad to see Harry Potter coming to an end. I became a fan pretty late in the game (earlier this year, actually), and I really love the movies. I have yet to read all the books (I'm a much faster movie-watcher than reader ), although I did finish reading Deathly Hallows a few weeks ago.
