I have thought for some time that Taylor Swift looks like a virgin-ized Ke$ha.
They both look similar, but their music is on opposite ends of the spectrum. Taylor's songs are all about innocence, teen romance, and other canned music. Ke$ha is more bold and in your face, drinking, partying, being hung over, going to the club. You name the rules Ke$ha breaks them, while Taylor would be the one singing about her boyfriend sleeping with a girl like Ke$ha, and how broken up she is over it.
My opinion, I have Ke$ha's CD and I have Taylor's. I would rather listen to Ke$ha, even though I'm not a party animal, I can relate more to her music than Taylor's, because Taylor needs to grow up and start writing real songs, not about teen romance because it's getting old. All her songs are the same. Ke$ha's CD is more of a CD you could play over and over again without it getting old too fast. But I'm leaving it up to you.

Taylor's lyrics aren't immature, in my opinion. They're her take on things. She's a romantic at heart - it shows through in her lyrics.
And anyway, is Ke$ha even 21+? Her song... what is it... "Blah Blah Blah" or something... makes my ears bleed. I love the beat to Tik Tok, but the premise of the song is old. People have sung about drinking and sex just as much as they've written about teen romance.

hmm, ke$ha (an artist who sings the same songs everyone else already has), or taylor (an artist who's by being true to herself broken new ground in the music industry)?

Both of them sing two totally different types of music...Taylor is country and Ke$ha is more so pop. I like both of them, but than again, as goes with everything I listen to, I have to be in a mood to listen to either. I listen to Taylor when I am feeling romantic I guess lol...or just in a calm sort of mood, and I would listen to Ke$ha more if I were going out partying and in the party type mood. Both of them have great songs though <3

This Kesha chick sings (talks) like a gay man. Neither can sing. They look nothing alike, Taylor is pretty, that other chick is ugly.

I really like Taylor Swift, I think she's adorable and so obviously talented. She's young, so of course she's singing about young love!
They look nothing a like so I don't get why people compare them. Taylor needs to grow up because she doesn't write songs about things she probably doesn't care or think about. That's laughable. She'd be more immature if she change her style to talk about drinking and crap to seem like she is a bad ass or something.

i'm a teenager, and i think Taylor Swift is such a role model to people MY age. it's nice to have someone older going through what we're going through, and that we can relate to, but that's my just my opion. but i love them both. <3
