Heidi Montag's Plastic Surgery: A Timeline
Here's a quick recap of Heidi's transformation.
Circa The Hills - Season 1 (So 2005-06ish). I don't see what she was so unhappy about. She was cute!
Circa after the nose job and first boob job
Circa Right Friggin Now
Though slightly faker, Heidi still looks pretty here.
She looks like a human Barbie doll. And not in a good way! I'm sure Spencer encouraged her too.
I haven't read the entire article that the People cover is referring to, but I was reading a site last night that detailed the slew of procedures she had. Botox at the age of 23? Are you fucking joking me? Not that she needed to waste a dime on any of what she did, but the Botox, which in the realm of cosmetic procedures is probably the least dramatic, seems the most ridiculous to me. She's 23 years old...she does NOT need fucking Botox.
Here's a warning: If Heidi doesn't put her checkbook away and the doctor doesn't put the scalpel and syringes down, she's gonna look like this:

I think her face was best in the first picture. I'm not sure why she thought she needed to fix her nose, though I suppose for a female celebrity, her boobs were smaller.

Aw she was fine before. If anything, I think she looks worse after the surgeries. and OMG WTF 10 procedures in 1 day!?!!? Why would anyone wanna go through that?!

She looked young and adorable in the first, even the 2nd...she does't look like herself anymore, at all, and she doesn't look 23 years old. I liked her chin before, I wish mine looked like that...

It's just so sad what's happening to her. I agree I bet a lot of it has to do with her jerk of a husband. It's just so, so, SO sad. Botox at 23 is crazy. She looked fine before all these surgeries. SMH!!!

She looked her absolute best in the first picture. She looks more natural and way more gorgeous. I think she looks so much better without huge, fake boobs. Then again, I think everyone does..
I don't like her nose now. I think she was always a natural beauty. I take no issue correcting any nose issues due to repeated breaks etc, but i think multiple surgeries are unnecessary.
she was pretty in the first picture. and even in the second pic she was pretty. but now, what the fuck?! she's a hot mess. and she looks fake and horrible and scary.

Poor girl. :( She looked so beautiful in the first photo. I didn't even know it was possible to do 10 surgeries in one day. And will this have any long-term effects and will it work with her well as she ages? I hope she's done with plastic surgery now.

Solution: Cancel her show, take her off the covers of magazines and stop blogging about her.
She's going to end up looking like Michael Jackson one day. Oh well. Everyone knows she's an idiot so I don't think we have to worry about her being a "role model." Let her do whatever she wants, she'll regret it later when spencer runs...and so does everyone else
