Who Wore It Better: Katy or Rihanna?
Both stars were spotted in this basic colorful H&M sweater dress. Katy paired it with a belt and thigh high black boots. While Rihanna spiced it up with a Louis Vuitton fanny pack and masculine combat boots.

EW. Rihanna is bad at everything. I fucking hate Rihanna, and anyone who likes her I have lost respect for them. Seriously... she's like a robot. She does what everyone tells her to do. She can't sing. Her songs are all typical and uncreative. And dressing wise? You can judge for yourself.
