@Erika_Steele@xanga - I disagree. Camilla had nice accessories, while Katy had none. And Katy looked done up like nobody's business.
The dress isn't that great, but if I had to choose I'd go with Camilla. Camilla looks classy while Katy frankly looks kinda skanky.

Dress is hideous but Katy pulls it off much better. It seems to overwhelm Camilla's thinner figure.
It looks better on Camilla, and she looks like someone whom you could bring home and show her to Mum. Kate looks like someone who would seduce my Dad.

i don't really like that dress, its kinda ridiculous. but i think katy perry is closer to pulling it off than Camilla.
