Help Me Pick My Job Interview Outfit!
So, I've got an interview Wednesday in the fashion industry. I really want this job, so the outfit is critical (I'm super-qualified for the position, if I do say so myself =) so this is the last piece)
The outfit's got to be professional, but also show that I can relate well to sometimes-crazy fashion designers. Help me decide! Imagine them all with grey tights and faaaaaabulous grey pumps.
Which should I wear? (You can say none, but please offer suggestions to improve!) Choice 1 is above.
Choice 2. Can't go wrong with a J.Crew cardi.... right?
Choice 3. Pearls are always in style.
Ok, which outfit should I wear to get the job: 1, 2, or 3?

I think it depends on the type of position you are going in for. I think for a more businessy/ administrative position the second outfit is more appropriate (the first isn't only due to the color.)
I think the first outfit is more appropriate for a more hands on fashion job. because of the brightness and for accesories I would add a bracelet also. =)

@xpika1x@xanga - we agreed. we are the only two, everyone else is picking 3. I have had countless interviews and quite a few hires. How about you?
Well I had I had two interviews with the same company and they hired me (it was the job I was hoping for most.) Although it was for more of a corporate environment so I had to look way more professional than this. I think layers are key for an interview, you can always take a layer off if it seems to be too much once you get there. I like the third outfit the most but I think the pearls are too much, at least at that length.

Without any information about exactly what you are interviewing for I am going to say
3. It's my favorite and it looks both stylish and professional.
2. Although I like one better in terms of style, this one is generic professional and interview appropriate.
1. Cute outfit. Wear it if it is appropriate for the position you are applying for.
I say 2 because it's a nice mix of 1 and 3. Three seems too boring and one, while I love the pop of color, seems too casual. Two has a nice mix of the professional style and bright color that will help you stand out when interviewing in the fashion industry.
