WTF...Walmart Sells Caskets?

No I'm not kidding, and no, these are not from the Halloween prop section! Walmart.com is selling actual caskets ranging from about $895 to $2,899. I don't know much about casket prices but I think this may in fact be a bargain. They are only available online, not in any stores.

What do you think about this odd product hitting Walmart's virtual shelves?

My sister told me about this last week.

I love the little necklace with a remains compartment.
And the pet urns with the pictures on them. Ahahaa.

Halloween season? It's one of the "WTF" inventions but I probably would be one of the kids who jump inside the casket to see if it's comfy enough when I see it instore.

I don't see why not. Those funeral places sell them for such inflated prices just because they know they can prey on the emotions of the bereaved. It's just like people who purchase their plots in advance. Sure, it's morbid... but it's something that you're going to have to do anyway, so why not try to ease the financial burden a bit? XD

I'm kidding, sort of.
I don't know how well made the caskets would be honestly. I'm a mortuary science student at my college and I know the importance of a well-made casket. So while these may be cheaper, they may be poorly made.

Its like WTF with LOL
Now I've seen everything. I actually picked one, I like "Lovely in All ways" casket
but I also like the "Supreme Distinction". Is it morbid? yes but for the price the caskets looks great.
...Kinda makes you want to be buried alive doesn't it?
