Fashion Tips from Celebs for Fall 2009
Autumn has started and winter is soon approaching. Let's take some smart styling and fashion tips from our favourite celebrities!
Black Formal Jackets paired with your jeans or a simple tee is what we're seeing an instant hit with our fav celebs. The style varies from classic to tuxedo or with strong shoulder detailing. They are definitely a must-have and not only this season, but is a classic item for every wardrobe.

Penelope Cruz wore her stylish black jacket with strong shoulder (strong shoulder is huge trend this season) with a stripy black-and-white vest top, blue jeans and riding boots.

While Penelope chose boots, Kate Moss paired her black jacket with black jeans and platform lace booties and a colour knitted top.

Our fav Victoria Beckham was spotted at Heathrow in a rather formal tuxedo jacket in black, which she paired with beige jeans, the classy Hermes Birkin and what looks like her favourite YSL platform court shoes.

If you see closely, Posh is wearing another huge trend, bright nail varnish a colourful hot pink.

Jessica Alba chose the military style jacket in black. Pay attention to Jessica’s handbag with chain handle and fringe.

After the Coco with Chanel and the new Chanel mania, the chain handle bags are just about everywhere. And who else but Kate Moss was seen wearing the trend. Its a great way to pep-up your simple outfit.

Long scarves is anothr popular trend for this Autumn/Winter 2009/2010, which was spotted on Lindsay Lohan at LAX Airport..

Why are people so into copying these people as compared to average mrs. joe walking down the street?
Just a question.
I mean....It's like....cookie cutters. All of the women pictured above take this template with the jacket and change it a little to fit their personality. Why not make an entirely new cookie cutter rather than just change the color of the same template everyone else is using?

@LupusInvictus@xanga - I was going to say the same thing. I pull my inspiration from random people on the streets--they have much better (and much more original) senses of style than celebrities who all hire the same circle of stylists to create all their looks. All these celebrities are very trendy, but I don't think they actually have much style.

none of these looks are trends. I also agree with the first poster, why not take pieces of these looks and make them your own? Or even better, why care what celebrities are wearing? Why don't you decide what you like and wear it?

Love Victoria Beckham's outfit, she always looks amazing flawless though.
The others I'm not crazy about...And btw I HATE Penelope's riding boot's they look like rubber ducky boots.

Eh, I like what Alba and Kate were wearing.....I'd probably like Posh's outfit if I didn't dislike Victoria Bekham so much. and I'd like Penelope's outfit if the boots weren't rubber. Since when are riding boots rubber anyway?

I think celebrities generally tend to dress well because they wear designer clothes. There's little room to go wrong when your closet's full of designer brands IMO. So nothing special here, except Victoria Beckham and maybe Kate Moss.

I like different things from each. Like Penelope stripped shirt, and I like Kate Moss' second outfit.
I'm so tired of seeing Lindsey in leggings. She is over doing it. Every picture she is in she is wearing them....
