Miley's Sister Wears an Inappropriate Halloween Costume
Miley's 9-year-old sister Noah went to a Halloween party at Jamie Lee Curtis' house this weekend. Ok, that's kind of weird. But besides the fact that there aren't any pictures of her parents there (what, did she drive herself?), check out that costume! What is she supposed to be?? Regardless, that's probably not how a 9-year-old should be dressing...
with her friend, who is dressed as...a hipster death angel crossed with 80's Madonna?

um... uh... maybe if she wore leggings under? or just didn't have such high boots? really... there's way too much going on. a girl her age shouldn't be wearing something so short and tight. but if her parents let her wear it, (which they obviously did) i'm not going to judge.

Ah, that's what we called the tiny hoes in high school. It wasn't nice, but whenever we saw a little girl dressed inappropriately at the mall or something.. "Oops, look, a tiny ho."

It's probably too mature of an outfit for her, but really, how are Halloween costumes NOT a topic of interest nowadays?

She's 9 years old, so that outfit is kinda old for her, but it is halloween, so yeah, I guess Its okay, but I mean if it was an average day and she was like yeeeaaahh, im going to rock a tiny dress, then it's something to wonder about
