This is a trend? I thought people have been wearing loafers for decades.

I have black patent ones :) If you were wearing them before and you refuse to admit it is a trend - no. It is a trend now, it just wasnt 'trendy' to wear them before. Now it's fashionable.

YES! I'm glad women are ditching their 6 inch ankle breaking shoes and settling for a more reasonable flat. Plus, I always enjoy a female's perspective on what is considered a "masculine" fashion piece :)
