Do You Have Virgin Hair?
There are plenty of women out there who are, and will remain, lifelong virgins.
Hair virgins, that is! While some of us are promiscuous with our highlighting, coloring and perms, others cling to the way of the virtuous, never touching anything worse than a blow dryer to their pure locks.
Not me. I haven't exactly been a hair-styling slut, but I've had my share of adventures: that brief fling with light brown Clairol dye (that turned out orange!) and a five year long-term relationship with blonde highlights (I eventually decided we were tragically incompatible). ;)
If you do have virgin hair, don't fret. Some may mock you for your lack of experience, but virgin hair is usually stronger and less damaged than over-used locks. Hair extensions made with untreated hair even cost more.
What about you? Do you have virgin hair? Or have you been around the dye-perm-bleach-chemically-straightened block?

still have my v-card ;) haha
in june i dyed my hair for the first time :D
then i dyed it again in september xD
and i use the hair straightener a lot :]
Ohohohhooh! My hair is NOT a virgin. It's had experience. With red highlights that turned orange and with black hair dye that made me look vampire like and with (more recently) ugly rust colored highlights that I just came home from fixing at the hair dresser's . I died it dark dark dark brown.
I don't plan on doing anything else with it though. Just to protect and keep it soft and volumous and bouncy.
Most of the time after a shower, I would just towel dry and then air dry my hair. And I have never permanently dyed it other than the chlorine from the swimming pools. I have only curled my hair once for prom. So yes, I do still have virgin hair?
i don't have virgin hair :)
and i'd hate to see what my hair would look like if i had never done anything to it.. :s
My hair was permed when I was little and I dyed my hair in high school. I haven't done much else with it since. Now I mostly blow dry if need be and that's the most I do to it.
I have a relaxer and color. Now what?
LOL
My hair has been pure for many years, but I used to get it highlighted.
I don't have virgin hair at all, I am brutal with me hair, I wish I could have long natural hair though...
=/
Curled it whn i was really young, then highlighted it about 2 years ago xD
I'm a hair slut, lol. I like saying that too... for some reason
I thought only Philippine women described un-dyed hair as "virgin hair." They would tell me that all the time before I would go to the salon. Well if that's the case, we were pretty buck wild in middle school and high school. Greens, blues, blondes, and bright reds nearly every year. I haven't dyed it since, but I think I've got a good thing going on.
i've dyed my hair too many times to be a hair virgin. so so so sad.
I've only dyed it once and it's not dyed anymore
And I straighten it every now and then
so my hair's practically virgin
but
it is pretty weak and birttle
i used to lighten my auburn into bright red. then i cut it all off and now i barely have any hair at all :D
Virgin Hair!! Hardly ever even use a blow-dryer or curling iron....
Depends - I've crimped it once and curled it once with really light curls on low heat, but that's really it. I never planned to do much else to it. :) Never blow dry. I use organic shampoos combined with the "no poo" method too.
My hair gets around.
virgin hair! my hairdresser is always trying to get me to let her lighten my hair up, or do something crazy with it. I'm too nervous to. ;)
I got highlights in my hair right before going to college then I dyed it back to my natural hair color and now I'm growing it out because I want to have born-again virgin hair lol
I've never had anything done to my hair.
My hair has been free of chemicals and dyes for almost 2 years. I might shave my head to grow back virgin hair. :p I wish it were though. :(
i'm a hair whore. haha. :)
I've gone to other browns, black, then bleached so it could be dyed red, some bleached then dyed blue streaks, permed, relaxed... I've almost done it all! I don't think i'll ever go blond though. I just can't see myself as a blond... and I really like my red locks. :)
My hair has been virginal for almost 2 years now.
I dyed and highlighted my hair at the same time once and
I straight permed it twice and after this,
I promised myself, I would not damage my hair anymore!
