What Can I Wear with this Tutu Skirt?
Back when I went to my older sister's graduation, I got this cute skirt from Hot Topic. I had worn it to her graduation and it didn't match my shirt. I need to find a shirt that can match it. The skirt is a neon pink and black lace tutu from the brand Tripp. I can't seem to find a shirt to match it. I wear the skirt with biker shorts and pink all star converses and it all looks good, except I can't find the right shirt. I was thinking maybe a hot pink and black zebra stripped tank top or a pink fishnet top with quarter-length sleeves with a black spaghetti strap shirt underneath.
What do you think? Could someone maybe give me some pointers or tips?

i was thinking just a plain black v neck or tank top, so you don't get too busy. anything bright would probably just detract from the awesomeness of that skirt. i wish i could pull that shit off!
wear a black top, it'll match much better than something with a pattern or something pink, it would be way too much
yea. i'd go for a plain white tee like the girl in that picture. :) but if you want more crazy stuff you can find some shirt of neon pink and black.
why don't you just wear a creme colored beige blouse. cuz i personally think the stuff you wanna wear are kinda slutty for the graduation.

why don't you just look at the models shirt. plain. white.
you wear zebra print or anything else too busy and you will look just plain tacky.
A black shirt, with fishnets and combat boots. This is very my style and that's how I'd wear it.
Plain black tee... nuff said. I acyually almost bought that skirt but I don't work well in skirts.

oh god, that is all wrong. sorry, no offense intended, but you asked for advice so i'll try to help for whatever it's worth.
firstly you'll want to wear black fishnets (like in the pic) or bare legs with this (sorry, no bike shorts allowed!)
overall, the skirt has so much pattern, texture, layers and sheer hotness that it should be the one and only star of the show... anything else would be overkill and would detract from your outfit rather than highlight it.
so... as for tops, you want to go solid black and simple yet sexy. a simple blouse, strappy tank, or corset should work (simple off-shoulder top, lace trim v-neck, sexy off-shoulder blouse, belly baring tank top, edgy choker-attacked blouse, sexy yet conservative sleeveless, curvy/detailed corset, simple elegant corset).
now we come to shoes. i would go either strappy heels or knee-high gothesque boots. try these out: hot-ass patent leather lace-ups, wedge heel knee-highs, high heel wrap ties.

Maybe black would go with it or a very colorful shirt with black/pink accents. Sometimes neon colors on the same hue might not match it exactly, but can definately look cool if you got the right designs. Ebay has some great options as well!
