What Can I Wear with this Tutu Skirt?
Back when I went to my older sister's graduation, I got this cute skirt from Hot Topic. I had worn it to her graduation and it didn't match my shirt. I need to find a shirt that can match it. The skirt is a neon pink and black lace tutu from the brand Tripp. I can't seem to find a shirt to match it. I wear the skirt with biker shorts and pink all star converses and it all looks good, except I can't find the right shirt. I was thinking maybe a hot pink and black zebra stripped tank top or a pink fishnet top with quarter-length sleeves with a black spaghetti strap shirt underneath.
What do you think? Could someone maybe give me some pointers or tips?

i'd wear it with a really fitting tshirt, or tank top or baby tee, but a fitting one. and maybe in black or white.
a top thats simple but not plain..if your bothered about what to wear under it
you could layer it with another tu tu..or with a white fabric/black

I would say that because so much is going on on the bottom, keep it simple on the top with mayve a short sleeve or three quarter sleep black V-neck shirt.
I really like that skirt :) I would say some sort of black shirt. Weather it be a band t , tank or some sort of button down shirt with puff sleeves. I think if you could find a button down , black shirt with pink polka dots all over and puff sleeves . That would be cute and awesome :) The choices you already have are good too. Do whatever you want to do and it sounds like you have some good creative idea's .

this is something i'd wear to a rave, not to a graduation.
it's really short. I guess a nice blouse will do :) particularly a ruffled one.Â

I'd wear a black or pink tank under a fitted button down black blouse. Chuck Taylor's or Combat boots/Doc Martens (90's style). No fishnets for day time with this skirt, if you want something on your legs do footless tights not leggings.
i say a tank top and plain black flats. i think wearing converse would make it look a bit ridiculous.

solid white or black tank top. I personally wouldn't wear that to a graduation. that's something more for like going to mall with your friends.
I agree with pretty much everyone on here. Stick to a plain black shirt of some sort. The skirt's pretty loud already, so if your shirt's got too much going on, it'll just look obnoxious. I'd probably go for a fitted black t-shirt and maybe a cool pink or silver necklace or something.
Pantyhose, high stiletto heels, a blazing super push-up bra with some laces and you'll be making money all night and did I mention cash?
You could wear an expression of shame.
