What Can I Wear with this Tutu Skirt?
Back when I went to my older sister's graduation, I got this cute skirt from Hot Topic. I had worn it to her graduation and it didn't match my shirt. I need to find a shirt that can match it. The skirt is a neon pink and black lace tutu from the brand Tripp. I can't seem to find a shirt to match it. I wear the skirt with biker shorts and pink all star converses and it all looks good, except I can't find the right shirt. I was thinking maybe a hot pink and black zebra stripped tank top or a pink fishnet top with quarter-length sleeves with a black spaghetti strap shirt underneath.
What do you think? Could someone maybe give me some pointers or tips?

i'd wear a plain black tank top.
well, I wouldn't wear that personally, but I would say that since the skirt is so crazy go with a white shirt, or tank. or black is cool. or you could layer a black tank over a white shirt or tank or whatever.
I'd put it with black or white Chuck Taylors, a fitted white or black tee, and a fake pearl necklace.
i recommend wearing black or white.the pink on a shirt is "too much."
Because the skirt is so flamboyant, I would wear a simple (white) tank top/spaghetti strap/tee with it. As [dancesmilelaughwithme] meantioned, you can layer two tanks together, maybe a different color (black? maybe yellow to match the neon if I were going out clubbing?) on bottom and white on top to add a bit of detail, but not too much. Definitely not a matching hot pink/black, and definitely not more zebra print to add to the craziness. Too much is an eyesore.

I'd say a plain black shirt... and maybe some pink arm warmers to jazz it up a bit(:
plain black tank or t-shirt. the skirt is loud so you dont want a shirt that is as loud as the skirt. The skirt seems like it'll be your main focus of the outfit.

My advice would be to not wear a hooker skirt to a graduation.

you could probably do black and white zebra if you wanted. but stick with black and white.
with fashion, it's really just what you think looks good. if you wear it with confidence, you hardly ever look bad.
That skirt is busy enough as it is. Stick to a solid color for your shirt or else it won't be balanced as an outfit. A nice-looking solid black shirt should do the trick.

I would wear it with a solid black tank top. I think a pattern would distract from the skirt and make your outfit too busy.

Keep it simple.
Either solid black or white. Pink will overload your outfit and it will look too busy, especially since the skirt itself is kind of extreme. Anything more than a plain top would be extremely tacky.
