How Often Do You Work Out?
I hate working out. That's just it. I don't get much exercise for most of the year. I'm pretty active during the summer though. I love swimming and being in water. I wish it was warm enough to go swimming all year!

How often do you work out? What is your favorite way to work out?

Last week in the south of of France: 10 km
in bicycle (indoors)around 1 hr 30 walking, (most of the time in front
of the sea) 1 hour yoga and swim (in the sea no more than 10 minutes
the water was only 17°C) oh and abs...
8 days perfect days. I feel sooooo good. I'm in Paris now...
Now it's too hot and polluted to workout in Paris. I suffer asthma so my doctor told me to avoid exercise when there's an official pollution alert like today
I go jogging/walking about 3 or 4 times a week.
Better than nothing, I guess.

Never. But I walk everywhere, so maybe that's balances it out a little...?

excercise is not in my vocabulary.
5 times a week. I run every other day.. not a lot, about 2-3 miles at (fartlek training) so that wears me out quite a bit, but the results have never been better : )
I used to hate running. Not exactly my favorite thing in the whole wide world of sports but I do enjoy the tiredness I get from it. Swimming is still my favorite!
It's not easy for me either. Summer is a little easier--I do it in bouts--I worked out every day straight for 3 weeks, and then I got lazy again..haha..I try to think about it as a routine like brushing your teeth--not the most exciting in the world but it's important.
I go jogging every second day.
Sometimes i put it off, wich i shouldnt be doign since im gaining weight. :(
When im bored ill do some pilate excersices, better then sitting on the couch:)

At least 3 times during the week during hibernating seasons. lol Everyday in the summer.
Not often at all, unfortunately. I wish I could more often, I LOVE exercising.

but my job keeps me active.
i work out about 5-6 times a week for about 2 hours each, whether it's running, lifting or just cardio exercises. i used to hate working out but then i was gaining a little bit of weight so i started working out again. also when i was with my ex, he was a gym freak so it was motivation for me to go work out so he would be more interested in me. but that went away and now i'm just doing it for myself. i also run 1/2 marathons year round so i'm constantly training for those.
I just started working out again. I don't like being on the machines, so I swim. I'm trying to get a bike right now.
every single morning
i work out for one hour 6 times a week.
i do different things all the time; i take spin class, pilates class, hip-hop class, zumba, and weight training class. if i'm not taking a class i do my own cardio and weight training workout. i love changing up my workout.
i like can't run and i want to so i am starting the couch25k program today!

I lift weights for 20 minutes every other day. At some point, cardio stops helping you lose weight, but building muscle is like a built in metabolism that never sleeps. I work out so I can eat. lol
If I'm honest, not at all. I actually like to exercise... but it's the getting started from being sedentary for a long time that is the kicker.
I typically work out at least 5 days a week for at least an hour a day, although I slacked off a little this week and only did 2 or 3 days.
