Product Crush: Ped Egg

Last winter my mom bought me a Ped Egg and since I was wearing boots most of the time, I did not need it. It's summer now and I’ve been walking the hell out of my feet. I used this for the first time a few weeks ago and it’s amazing. Last night I even used it on my boyfriend and he loved it. I know, you’re thinking that the grater-ish bottom looks like it hurts, but it actually feels really good!

@Murphy_Rants@xanga - Ditto.
awww i want one of those!
i ordered one online, still waiting for it to reach me
That looks really scary!
does it like grate off the skin on your feet? it looks scary :(
It looks scary.. and that it could do more harm than good.
its actually really handy! it doesnt hurt at all and even the commercials will show you that if you rub it against a balloon, it won't pop! (: and yeah at first it seems scary because of the idea of it scrapping off your skin but it doesnt hurt at all :D promise!
pumice works for me. also you're not really supposed to share that kind of stuff in case one of you has hpv (which is pretty common btw)
Hmmm I've been curious so it's good to hear what someone says about it :)
i kind of want to try a product like this, or a pumice stone like some of the other girls have been talking about. i've got flaky, callousy feet i keep in sneakers most of the time >.<
@lapis_lazuli917@xanga - I LOVE YOUR ICON. kthnx :)
@miss_prettyinpink@xanga - @ordinary_gir1@xanga - @sozpa@xanga - It's not that bad. The holes are very tiny and it actually feels like a foot massage more than anything.
LOVE THE PED EGG.. bought every1 i love a ped egg.. lol.. its a miracle come to life! =] it doesnt hurt and it gets callouses off fairly quickly. if you use it maybe every other day it will make ur feet noticably smoother. :)
I thought it was just another scam but my mother bought it a few months ago (she's a pharmacist and works 12 hours shifts on a regular basis) and it actually works. And doesn't hurt. But it leaves am mess of dry, grated skin. D:
Can you buy this in a drugstore or is it only online?
OMG I've wanted a Ped Egg for the longest while. I always see them in the pharmacy, I may just get one the next time I go.
@Meowmeowkimmaee@xanga - I've seen it at CVS and Bed, Bath & Beyond. It seems like a lot of "generic" brands are starting to produce their own line of this same item for about the same price. The Ped Egg is $10.
i tried it once, not realizing it was a grate (yeah, i'm slow), and only scraped a couple times before i tossed it in the trash. i don't do razors on my feet, even if they're micro razors or whatever the hell they advertised them as, gimme some good old friction from a stone or something. razors don't give a crap if they cut off dead skin or living skin, they're just gonna cut it off. it didn't hurt, but knowing that i could be getting rid of more that just dead skin made it really uncomfortable, so i am totally against it.
