Louis Vuitton: If You Can't Get the Bag, Get the Cake!
I passed by 65th street 11th ave yesterday, and I saw a small, sweet pink bakery. When I got closer to the display window, the baker was making a "Louis Vuitton bag" cake! It actually looks much better in real life than in the photo.
This is another nice one - the back of a wedding dress.
Then I looked at her website http://www.sugarcoatedinc.com. I think the lady made all the cakes on her own. I found more lovely ones on the site.

Which of these cakes is your favorite? (Would you consider getting a wedding dress cake for your wedding?) If you don't want to spend money for a real bag, why don't you get a "fake" one for your birthday?

A friend of mine sent me a link to a local bakery that made Coach purse cakes, they were so cute! Since I love Coach bags, my friend said on my birthday I should get one. I probably will, they're so fun!

the louis cake is super cute, definitely i would get the cake, i'm not really into louis vuittons anyways but i'll take the cake.

Not a fan of the Multicolour Mono collection.. so I was kinda turned off.

The cakes look like bad mock ups for the real thing. I'd rather have my cakes be sentimental & actually mean something and just get the bag. Getting a cake version of a LV when one can't afford the real thing will be sad, IMHO.

That's cute, but they look too sweet for some reason. I think the prettier kinds of icing are too sweet to eat.

that is too cute! i would get a LV cake for my bday haha

I wouldn't get a wedding dress cake for my wedding because it's not just about the bride, it's about the groom too. i'd want it to be a classic layered cake.
