How to Wash Fabric Heels?

I got these gorgeous white and gold glitter heels that are made of cotton or poly. I've tried alcohol and baking soda, but the dirt stains are still there. Alcohol turned them slightly yellow!
I'm scared to use anything else. Any suggestions?

soap and water?
If they are truly white then you can spot clean with beach using a q-tip. If they are more of an off white your best bet not to discolor them is to use just simple hot water and soap. You can try using a dab of laundry detergent on a wash cloth as well.
My mum once cleaned off stains from some of her clothes with the suds of laundry soap. You could try that. She used a toothbrush, picked up some suds, and gently brushed till the stain was gone.
hand wash them in woolite with cold water.
Combine powder fabric detergent and water until it makes a paste. Rub on the stains and wash off with cold water.
Oxyclean usually works on everything.
May I also suggest investing in a protector to spray on the shoes? I dont know which ones these need, so go to a specialty shoe store. They usually have stain repellant sprays there.
If the stain is red wine (or something of a similar hue), peroxide works on colorfast fabrics.
My advise, Throw them in the bin and bring out your jimmy choo stilettos honey! Mind you, jimmy choos come in three major colours : Black, Silver and Red. The three sexy-est colours ever. If they get dirty, you just gotta use the usual soap and water. loves!
