Anything I like?
Lady GaGa
she makes me want to experiment fashionably
hmmmm...well, definately gwen stefani is a music fashionista
and katy perry's vintage looks are also inspirational to me.
but "fashionable" music (to me) is like, techno, fast paced, something I can see models rocking the runway to.
I think fashionable music is any type of music that can appeal to everyone, despite of cultural differences. I realized this when working at Metropark. They gave out a CD when purchasing more than $75 (which most shoppers do anyway)... I would get lots of people telling me about how good the music was and how much they enjoyed.
There was a mix of songs from "Black and Gold" by Sam Sparro to "Beeper" by The Count & Sinden feat. Kid Sister. It also has to be relatively new =P
In my opinion, I would say Ting Ting's music is noise...
Not music. . .
But ofc, that's my opinion.
Fashionable music... I would say...
Lady GaGa definitely :]
Shit, nothing I listen to. Haha.
Um... I'm going to go ahead and agreed with the people above--Lady GaGa, for sure.
Late Night Alumni!
Yeh, Lady GaGa for sure.
I never liked the Ting Tings... but I think it's all up to the person. What they like, what they don't, etc.
i think a lot of techno and electronic music is fashionable.
@Olyachka@xanga - I was about to say the same thing. x3
Lady GaGa.
ting tings "that's not my name" like the victorias secret runway show
Franz Ferdinand. Hands down.
@Olyachka@xanga - Agreed! I love Lady Gaga!
new wave music is fashionable
the stuff that they play for models to walk the runway
blondie, the virgins, black kids, CSS, MGMT
not katy perry, she's just pop.
not even Lady Gaga, because she's just pop too.
the Ting Tings, I mean, it depends on what song.
most of their released songs are just noise
but some of the ones on their cd could be considered fashionable
like their song we walk.
Lady GaGa is a definite. Lilly Allen also has some cute styles.
hmmmm
at first glance of the pic I thought she was madonna. gwen stefani was and still is the glam queen of music. as for a male musician, I'd say Andre 3000 from the Outkast group.
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs. They're pretty great. Weezer? The Virgins? They're all amazing.Â
@Random_Goldfish@xanga - Amen. :D
I feel like the sound and feeling from Kate Nash, but I don't know if she's super popular or what.
yeah, lady gaga... sure. gwen stefani. katy perry. britney spears. :D
@PrincessYnattirb@xanga - TOTALLY AGREEE w you,
hey people, it's you who decide whats gonna be fashionnable!!
get over lady gaga, katy perry, or dumb shit like that
grow up and get your own style!
@infamous_hoai@xanga - Congratulations! You've said one of the dumbest things I've ever heard.Â
Why do you care what other people listen to? And why do people who listen to Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, etc, need to grow up and get their own style? Being unique for the sake of being unique is more mainstream than being mainstream is.I never really thought that any kind of music could be "fashionable". I guess what I would consider to be fashionable would be whatever's on the Top 40 this week.
