Every other day. Depending on how I'm feeling, I can do one of several things. Shower again and hope for my hair to be nice to me; moisten my hair and apply my leave-in conditioner and hand comb; moisten my hair and mousse it; wear a hat.

I have really thick hair, and I used to keep it pretty long. One year I got wood glue stuck in my hair, and I ended up getting it cut pretty short.

When I once got my haircut. It looked so boyish from behind it almost made me throw up and I nearly cried :D Plus it reminded me of my crush on so it didn't feel nice :D I'm glad I don't have that hairstyle anymore :P how I tried to cover it? With a hoodie :D

  • Kristenmomof3@xanga

I don't have that problem since my hair is covered :)

Once, when I was a teenager, I was out of shampoo and so used bar soap to wash my hair.  Not sure.  It might have been Ivory; it might have been Camay.  Either way, it was loaded with moisturizers and originally selected for my skin not my hair because I'd just begun to realize how bad soap in general was for my skin - gave me rashes and tight, dry, prickly skin.  Well guess what?  Bar soap - at least the kind with moisurizers - is even worse for hair.  I brushed and tried to blow dry it afterwards only to have it clump in oily stiff locks.  I went back in and rinsed it over and over again but it stayed that way.  It was terrible.  The only way I could get my hair back to rights was when I finally got my hands on some Prell and could give it proper shampooing, three times, with lots of hot water and excessive scalp scrubbing.  Until then, I had to keep it under my hat... literally.

    today.
I had it in too-tight french braids last night and it just poofed out this morning. I guess I learned my lesson.

    Ponytail to the rescue!

When my grandma somehow ended up having to do my hair the morning before school. My grandma never had girls and never played with dolls... um, yeah. Ouchies, to say the least. =(

I think my worst was when my hair was oily and frizzy and no amount of hair serum can help -- I just shove every single strand of the 'Bad Hair Day' into a nice cap, and keep the pony tail out!

Worst hair day(s): summer 07 when i got a REALLY short hair cut with perm.

    -.-

i had to deal with it for a few weeks and then my hair started looking decent again when the perm got loose.

  • kawcha@xanga

probably everyday since I get extreme soft hair, I just get my nicely set and gel hair blown away when I am on campus

I have to say my worst hair day was when i was about 6 years old my fathers wife cut my hair for me , IT WAS A MULLET,  not justy any mullet but white trash red neck hardcore mullet style , fabulous i know , when my mom saw it then i wound up having it cut into a bowl cut which in turn just looked like a short mullet and if that wast bad enough there is picture evidence to prove this ..lmao...

  • tubbz87@datingish

my worst hair day was in grade 6 when i got the bowl cut. yeah, it looked completely ridiculous.

The days in junior high/early high school when I thought having my waist-long hair crimped was a hot look. *facepalm*

Everyday is a bad hair day.

I have really short hair, and mine looks terrible occasionally if it's too puffy. Fortunately, I'm allowed to wear hats at my high school.

I think I have a lot of bad hair days when I was growing up, except I did not know it back then.  Pictures does not lie.  Nowadays, I have fewer bad hair days but, it still happen from time to time.  Like last week, I think I took the towel off my wet too long and end up having very wacky fringe.  They were partially standing up but not long enough to go all the way back with rest of my hair.  This is when I realized I need to buy some cute hats.  In the mean time, I clip them back hoping this new hair style does not make me look ugly for the day.  Bad hair day, sets a bad mood for the rest of the day no matter how much I try to recover from it.

my worst hair day is every day during the summer here because we have 100% humidity. my hair gets frizzy and i sweat easily so it goes from straight to nappy in one minute tops. no products work to negate the effects. ive tried them all. so during the summer, i look like crap. all. season. long.

  • magnugget@xanga

about 2 years ago when i tried to perm my hair for class photo day and it messed up,real bad.

  • howxsad@xanga

Every day ends up being a bad hair day. I start out with nice, big, think gorgeous hair.. and then, a couple hours later, its flat and my bangs are all greasy. Maybe I'm exaggerating, but my hair never looks as good as when I leave the house. I usually just bend over, do a nice little head shake and hair flips and that saves it for a while. Hahaa.
