  • Dark Circles Under Your Eyes? Try Garnier Light Brightening Eye Roll-On

    Guest blog submitted by voguefemme

Tired of eye bags and dark circles under your eyes? Try this: Garnier Light Brightening Eye Roll-On

Massage that fatigue eyes away with this innovative solution. The roll-on is enriched with caffeine, which helps to reduce the appearance of eye bags and dark eye circles. Our eye area is the thinnest skin on our face, so never ignore those signs showing up around your eyes. Signs of fatigue include:

    - Eye bags
    - Dark eye circles
    - Puffy eyes

Garnier Light's Brightening Eye Roll-On is proven with the power of plants and revolutionary technology.

Guide to application for the best result:

Step One: Using circular motions, apply roll-on beginning from the inner corner of the eye area. Continue over upper eyelid in one stroke.

Step Two: Repeat step one in reverse - Stroke over upper eyelid and circular motions for under eye area. Finish at inner corner.

Step Three:  Using ring finger (or which ever finger you're comfortable with), gently tap around eye area, ending at the under eye's inner corner.

It is dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested.  Effectiveness can be seen:

    - Immediate cooling effect to freshen up fatigue eye area

    - In 14 days, skin is much brighter and radiant

    - In 28 days, eye bags and dark circles reduced by 11-12% respectively.*

*Evaluation on 50 women with dark circles and eye bags, all skin types.

I have used it for two weeks now. I can see my eyes are less puffy. No products works overnight, so give it some time. The cooling effect is really soothing and comfortable. It's really addictive to roll around your eyes because the massaging and the cooling effect feel so good. Call me crazy, but I also apply at the outer corner of my eye, just a precaution to avoid crow's feet. It doesn't have any scent, the application is super easy with the roll-on, and the pen-sized roll-on makes it easy to bring wherever you want.

More information at Roll with it! Garnier Light Eye Roll On.

Just use it twice a day, and in 28 days you'll see the difference.

Have you ever tried this product? Do you have any tips for removing dark circles under the eyes?

i would like to know what the heck caffeine rubbed on your skin is supposed to do! i would only go for this if i still had dark circles after taking care of my body [which... i probably wouldn't still have circles at that point].

@quiet_strength@revelife - i would do those things before i'd go out and buy a stick of roll-on miracle.

I believe that this Roll-On pen helps in reducing puffiness and dark circles, but only if used in combination with getting enough sleep every night and just being healthy in general!

I have dark circles under my eyes, but I think they're pretty much permanent. I think it's that my bones are so close to the surface there it almost creates a bit of a bruising effect. This is not exactly a miracle working deal, but this is what I do (recently updated). I put concealer on it (recently I switched to Physician's Formula concealer twins--I use a tiny dot of yellow and a normal dot of the concealer.) Then I load up my powder brush with excess powder and tap it over the concealer (almost like a second concealer). Once I'm down to blush, I tap the blush brush under my eye, too. Note: I don't load up the blush brush. I sweep it on the rest of my face first and do under the eyes last. I do that to make the concealed part not stand out quite so much.

looks like a waste of money.

Once in awhile I use some Patricia Wexler cream, that I bought marked way down at Bath & Body Works summer sale. It doesn't take a month to work either, you just rub it on and apply your makeup as usual.

Garnier didn't work for my skin. :( I was disappointed with this brand.

  • ChocolatMenier@xanga

    Garnier skin products are wonderful!

  • veee_nessa@xanga

well I think this might be worth a try, if done along with getting enough sleep. for an honor roll, straight A, drama club-active high school student for me, though, it's hard trying to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night; people like me need a little extra something to reduce puffiness.

I don't think this works. I'm a guy too, so I feel kind of strange trying out these products, but I have a really severe case. I mean, from far away, I'll look pretty good. I have good facial structure, but the high cheek bones and somewhat inset eyes give me a hollowed look around my eyes. So i have dark circles. I've tried a lot of things, and none of them really work. Here's a list:

    Aveeno's under eye cream
    Hylexin
    Grean Tea extract cream
Lancome collagen (trying this one now)
    Vita-K under eye cream
Vitak-K bruise remover (trying this one too)

I've got a few more lined up to try. It's tough - as a guy - I don't remember to put on various eye creams. My only remaining idea is to try like 3-4 of them simultaneously for a few months. After that I will probably give up.

Good luck to the rest of you. It just sucks that some of us have to live with it.

ok. so ive been using this products for three days now, and i can't still see the difference. maybe i'll wait for a week or two to judge it completely.

here's my question(s) [LOL]: is it fine if i'll roll it to my eyebags 5x or more? or is that to much? pls answer.

what ive been doing now is rolling it once or twice because im afraid it will "overdose" my skin. haha

btw, i'm just 15 years old. is this product safe for me?
