"I wouldn't say you're hideous."
After seeing my halloween pictures as a girl a friend said this to me:" i think you look better as a female ". haha
That i am the most pretty girl they ever saw.
"I really love your laugh. It makes me happy."
K, I have two, lol..
1) That they could tell I had the Spirit of God in me, :)
2) That I have hair to die for, :)
For me it's "You have the cutest smile I've ever seen."
Made me super happy because I've always been very self-conscious about my smile.
Oh and then one time this person told me I had baby soft skin. That was a close second =]
"You have lost weight"
i've received this from many people. " you're not like most people i've met or dated." something to that extent. it's always been in a positive context.
"I love your boobs because they are yous."
I'm not really sure. I am amazed when I get a comliment at all, so I really love every one I get. XD
Me: you think everything is "cute".

XD God, I love him....
So that was the best compliment I recieved within the past two days, I guess. XD

My husband, commenting on the fact that I'm one of the most ridiculously "bubbly" people in the world. (Not in an "OMG-Im-always-smiling" kind of way - more of an "I-can't-stop-talking-or-making-comments-to-save-my-life" kind of way...as is clear by this post :) ). It gets worse when I'm nervous. It's sad. He loves it. We're total opposites and it makes us laugh a lot.
But the best compliment lately was definitely calling me popcorn. :)
P.S. A navy officer at my dad's formal company 'do leaned out the window of his car, as we were all leaving, and said, "you sure can cut a rug, lady!" talking about how I danced the whole night with various people (my job at the time! Keep people on the floor!) - and it really warmed my heart. I'm self-conscious about my dancing.
when i was in the dressing room with my mom and she asked if i stuffed my bra.

wow, that was not the best compliment i've ever received...
it was probably when I was thinking of moving, and some friends of mine set up a petition to get me to stay here....thats an amazing compliment, cause i have some damn lazy friends...and for them to be that proactive was awesme.

I don't know about the best one, but one of my favorites was simply, "Wow." To knock someone slightly speechless...that's pretty cool.
