No I have never had to recycle any of the presents I dont like
yes
some people get me stuff that is nice in thought....but pertains nothing to my life or interests
so if its suitable for someone else who i have to get a present for, why not give it to them? At least it gets use.
Like I just gave my teacher vanilla bath and body works stuff, she loves vanilla. Anyone who knows me knows I dont like b&b.

people used to always give me socks but i lived in hawaii... where i never even had to wear close toed shoes. i wore flip flops to school and everywhere else. i just regifted the socks to someone else, who didn't live in hawaii.
I do recycle gifts, the most recent has to be the Twilight gifts my aunt got me. I'm done with Twilight.
aha sadly i do because i'm cheap like that. it was liek 5 days ago when my friend had her sixteenth birthday. i gave her these earrings my aunt got me, but i already had the same pair.

an applebee's gift card. to our surprise, we opened a card at the same party with another card. those things must be selling like hot cakes...
yes. usually it's lotions, bath stuff.. they're too fragranc-y! i recycled a nice collection from bath and body works.
my brother got a giftcard that said "happy diwali" on it for his past birthday. we are asian and atheist.. and the gift-giver was possibly hindu. when my brother received the gift card, there were a few alladin stickers that covere up the word unsuccessfully.. haha. nor was it even diwali time.Â
but hey, it's useable.. what else are you going to do with a stash of unwanted gifts? i'm tired of using sets and sets of bath/lotion stuff that our family gets for gifts.
Oh I "re-cycled" this caramel popcorn I got from my company party this past Christmas.
No,I can't really think of a time I din't care for a present.
I've never recycled presents because I knew I wouldn't get away with it. I don't wanna be scorned by my friends and get labelled as a cheap skate (even though I am, lol).
The idea of recycling presents ALWAYS pops into my mind. It's because I don't have a lot of money, and most of the money I make is going towards school. I hate having to buy my friends presents (especially if they're wealthy and ballin' and I have to give them something that reflects their status).
I guess people who are on the verge of brokeness (like me) will always consider recycling presents. But again, like I said, I never do it because it's not even an option.
It's tacky.
When some one doesn't seem to know you well, it always seems like they tend to buy me lotions or candles. Some of them are nice, but you can only have so many. Eventually, I'll make up a basket and arrange them in their nicely. So it's not completely re-gifting? Ha.
I would love to recycle gifts, but I know I would never get away with it......I would probably get caught!
My family recycles gifts from time to time. My mum got a hot cocoa/ mug set for Christmas that she gave to my cousin, because we already have too many mugs around our house. :P
my sister is getting ready to graduate high school and i'm going to give her a photo album that i never used along with a singing graduation chicken that i ended up putting away.
