  • Taking Your Frustrations Out On Your Nails...




    Whenever I felt stressed, the first thing I'd do was throw on some sweats and hit the gym. I still do that now, but I've developed the habit of biting my nails. Whenever I'm stressed out or if my mind is thinking about a million things, I subconsciously chomp on my nails.

    When I was in high school, I heard that there is a nail polish to prevent nail biting. Apparently, if you bite nails with this polish on, you'll get a bitter taste in your mouth. I've never seen it in stores so I didn't even bother looking for it online or at any other beauty stores.

    I don't know what to do, though. I know it's not a sin, but I always end up biting off my nicely grown nails and it looks like a dog gnawed at my fingers. Even if they are polished, I'll still do it (I know... gross). Um, help!?
