I really wish there were at least five more hours in one day. After leaving work, finishing homework, doing internship stuff, and eating, I only have a few brief hours devoted to sleep. This leaves absolutely NO time for doing any DIY projects! Especially ones that take a lot of time, like the multicolored twine wrapped wine bottles above! Maybe sometime during Thanksgiving or Christmas I’ll have time, but for now, I’ll just look from afar…

Everybody likes having their own coffee mug, especially when it’s personalized. Sure, you can pick up a decorated one from Target, but where’s the fun in that? Hopefully I’ll have some time to make this before it gets too cold! All you really need is a plain cup, colored permanent markets, and stickers or cutouts of your initials. However, if you’re super particular like I am, then you’ll need to find enough time to make it look really neat and clean. While I do like the white mug, I’d rather get a black one and use metallic gold and silver markers. What changes would you make Lovelies?

What to do with leftover wine bottles? Throwing them away seems like such a waste and using string and nail polish remover to make them into cups doesn’t seem safe. The clear alternative must be to paint them! While I’m not a huge fan of these designs, I would definitely still do something similar. Perhaps I could paint them in yellow and use them as accent flower vases for my living room? How would your bottles look, Lovelies?

If you know me at all, then you know I’m a huge monogram fanatic. I’ve got bags, wallets, even a couple articles of clothing with monograms on them. What I don’t have is something super cute for my room. In all honesty, I have no idea how I would even go about doing this, but I’m gonna figure it out someday!

Inexpensive shoes, glitter, and DIY: what else could you ask for? I love projects like this because they’re not too difficult and don’t require you to spend a ton of money on something you’re not going to wear everyday. My only problem is that I would have to stare at these shoes for at least twenty minutes every time I added glitter.

I am a lover of all things Lilly. So, when I saw this bulletin board somebody made using old agenda book pages, I got really excited! Then, I calculated how long it would take to do all this and it quickly calmed me down. Fortunately, I purchased a new Lilly planner this year so once we bring in the new year, I’m putting all of my old pages to good use!

What DIY projects do you wish you had time for, Lovelies?
