Bright orange leaves and cool evening nights, over-sized sweaters and dresses with tights,  football and pumpkins with faces that scream, these are a few of my favorite things! Clever, huh? It took me a while to come up with that one. Anyway, this past Sunday, we welcomed in one of my favorite seasons: FALL! Honestly, who doesn't like autumn? The weather is just right, the best TV shows come back, the leaves change colors, and you get to wear boots. So, in honor of this amazing season, here's my fall bucket list. What all can you Lovelies check off before December 21st?

Disclaimer: I'm a humongous fan of food so I'm estimating half of the things on my bucket list will be about food! But with Thanksgiving this season, what do you expect?

  • Chow down on some food from the state fair
  • Make these delicious pumpkin pancakes
  • Have/attend a bonfire near the beach
  • Throw on some cowboy boots and a black dress for a USC football game
  • Carve some pumpkins (Believe it or not, I've NEVER done this before! Is it fun?)
  • Find my way through a corn maze
  • Make caramel apples (Also another first for me!)
  • Go on a haunted hay ride. Every year I go to this big haunted house/hay ride with my best friends and it's probably the scariest thing in the world. (But I definitely recommend doing it!)
  • Harry Potter marathon! Eight movies, one day -- think I'll make it?
  • Create some cool canvas leaf art like this one I found on Pinterest!
  • Pick up some bold colored jackets to keep me warm
  • Make a Halloween outfit out of only clothes that I own
  • Visit a pumpkin patch with the kids I volunteer with
  • Go to a drive-in movie! (Believe it or not, they still exist! I just went to one a couple weeks ago and it was awesome!)
  • Donate all of my old sweaters to Goodwill
  • Go horseback riding. It's been a while but I love horses!
  • Pick up a new book from and just spend a whole day reading
  • Knit a scarf (I doubt that I'll be able to, but I'm gonna try anyways.)
  • Try a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Starbucks for the first time (yes, you read that correctly).
What's on your fall bucket list, Lovelies?
