I’m sure you all have noticed that February 14th is creeping up pretty quick, which is awesome because I’m all about spreading love and making yourself feel beautiful for the hell of it.
While a thoughtful gift is certainly sweet, the nicest gift your Valentine will receive is you looking smokin’ hot.
Okay, so maybe I was exaggerating just a bit with that last part, but I really enjoy primping for a little romance.
V-Day may be a little cheesy (and just a tad over-hyped), but it is the perfect excuse to get gussied up.
For romantic occasions, I love doing makeup that is almost undetectable sans a whopping helping of blush, which makes you look ever so bashful.

I’d go with glamming up the eyes more than the lips, although I do adore a pretty red lip. Smudged red lips from smooching leans towards trashy in my book. Shimmery smokey eyes for me, soft blush and nude lip.

These are very pretty girls. I have short hair, so I’m going to do a tousled look, like I just rolled out of bed, with smokey eyes, blush and a little lip gloss. I haven’t figured out what I’m wearing yet, though. Hmmm.
