I love kind bars, especially when traveling… when your choices are donuts, hamburgers, or burritos, a Kind bar hits the spot and helps me to stick to my healthier way of eating, while being satisfied and not deprived. I always feel like I give myself a treat (because they are pretty high in sugar, or at least taste like it). And I feel beter about myself because : You are what you eat, and I’m KIND.

chocolate + PB; dark chocolate + PB + goat cheese (it’s amazing, especially as a sandwich), peanut butter oatmeal; pineapple and peanut butter (takes a little getting used to but it’s actually pretty nice), peanut butter as an ice cream topping/cake frosting or filling/baking ingredient, etc. List goes on. It helps I’m a cook but you can really put peanut butter with anything.

Half a cup of chocolate almond milk, half a frozen banana, a handful of spinach, 2 tablespoons of PB2 or (1 tablespoon of almond butter) and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds blended to make a healthy, delicious CHOCOLATE, PEANUT BUTTER, AND BANANA SMOOTHIE which is the perfect snack!
