The Critic's Choice Awards is not the biggest event of the year, especially when because it was overshadowed with the People's Choice Awards and the Oscar nominations this week. But it is still a red carpet event which brings some of the best celeb moments, like the adorable meeting between Rebel Wilson and Anne Hathaway. Rebel looks amazing in the sparkling dress that hugs her body perfectly and she looks absolutely starstruck to meet Anne Hathaway. Check out some more Critic's Choice Awards fashion below~

Speaking of Anne Hathaway, she attended the event in a silver beaded Oscar de la Renta gown:

While Anne Hathaway is naturally beautiful in everything, I am not a huge fan of the dress. I prefer Anne in gowns that scream "classic" and "elegance," and the sparkly swirls on the dress may be cute but do not really reflect the star's sophisticated style. Plus the dress has her looking fairly pale on her complexion and not balancing out with dramatic color in her makeup does not help; maybe adding some red lipstick or dramatic, smoky eyes would have improved the look. She still looks absolutely gorgeous, but I think she could have chosen a much better dress.

The biggest miss was definitely Leslie Mann in bright pink Honor dress:

The This is 40 star's Pepto-bismol colored dress does not work with the actress' skin at all and it just leaves her looking like a 13 year old girl stuck in the 90s. The tulip skirt cuts her off awkwardly and has a strange texture to it. I feel that this dress is not the most age-appropriate dress on the actress, who could have pulled off a longer, sophisticated gown. This type of dress seems more suitable for a younger actress at the Teen Choice Awards then for a red carpet event. Although the star gets kudos for the bold move and her awesome pink lipstick, but I hope Leslie chooses a different style of dress for future events.

One dress that I was a surprise hit for me was Emmy Rossum's sparkly blue Carolina Herrera gown.

I was not expecting to love this gown as much as I did, but I am just head over heels for this dress. Emmy just looks like a fairy princess with the blue sparkly fabric that suits her complextion, but the sheer fabric on the top and the flattering fit keeps this dress looking classy and not like the night sky threw up on her. Pairing the dress with old Hollywood waves and elegant earrings just completes this look and leaves Emmy looking absolutely stunning. This is definitely my guilty pleasure dress of the night!

On the other hand, my favorite dress of the night was awarded to Jennifer Lawrence, who wore a beautiful black gown by Prabal Gurung:

I was completely disappointed in Jennifer's dress for the People's Choice Awards, but she definitely made it up for me with this gown. She just exudes sexiness and classiness with this black gown that just hugs her bodily perfect while still looking elegant. Plus the leather trim and cut out on her chest adds the right amount of edge and personality to the entire outfit. Her messy updo, perfect makeup and silver accessories just brings this whole ensemble together.
