I’m always on the lookout for the perfect solution for my PMS woes. I recently found this amazing video done by Beautylish featuring their fitness expert Kit Rich and yoga instructor Rachel Jackson. In this under five minute long video, they thoroughly demonstrate a yoga and pilates routine that will help ease pre- and present menstrual cycle symptoms.
These exercises will balance you out during your cycle, get your blood flow going, massage your spine, and release endorphins. It is recommended that you do this everyday for a bunch of days before your cycle or during your cycle. But hey, even if you’re not PMSing, who doesn’t want to feel balanced and at peace?
