Honestly, I am a little reluctant sharing these as they are my best kept go-to places for make up inspiration when I’m in a beauty rut. I guess the season of giving is having it’s impact on me and I figure it can’t hurt to divulge a little bit.

This particular Pinterest account is a veritable treasure trove of beauty inspiration. From hair and nails to the latest in make-up trends, these Pin-happy beauty editors are on top of it!

2. ModelLove Tumblr

I love this tumblr because it is chock-full of close up face shots of models right before they are about to hit the runway debuting the latest trends in beauty. It’s also great because there are a few pictures of rare glimpses of models without make-up, hair or cool wardrobe. I kind of love seeing models as real human beings.


3. The Beauty Parlor Board From MyBeautySleep’s Pinterest

This Pinterest board is just bursting at the seams with beauty magic. All of these images scream creativity and beauty. I could get lost admiring the images of past and present beauty trends on this board for hours!

4. LisaEldridge.com

I honestly don’t know how this women does it; She’s like a beauty superhero! Lisa Eldridge is a major celebrity and editorial make up artist who’s portfolio and clientele will blow your mind. Not only that, but she has an incredible website where she somehow manages to take the time to frequently post tutorial videos. Her videos are extremely educational and she just radiates such beauty and kindness! From natural daytime looks to extravagant party looks, all her videos are worth a watch.

5. Makeupbeauty Tumblr

This Tumblr is a collection of images of rather extravagant, sometimes even tacky makeup, hair and nail looks. Despite it’s sometimes garish nature, I am obsessed with this Tumblr because all of the looks are executed flawlessly and as a makeup artist I respect those kind of skills. Also, I am easily entertained by bright colors and sparkly things…
