I studied Russian in college, which means that I’m pretty pumped (and somewhat apprehensive) about the Anna Karenina movie that comes out today. It’s one of my favorite books of all time, so I’m quite curious to see how it will look on the big screen with a Hollywood budget. I’m also intrigued by the choice of casting Keira Knightley as the title character, and I’m wondering if she’ll really make the role work. Recently the actress attended the premier of the film in a pastel gown with flowers, and I’m a bit unsure of the look, too. Check it out and let us know what you think of it!


I’m a huge fan of fall fashion and, well, it’s November, so I expect to see lots of it. Which is why this very spring-ish gown stands out amidst a sea of dark colors. And, honestly, I can’t say I like the deviation! It’s a pretty dress, but it’s just not in season, and it looks like she’s attending prom or something. This is somewhat of a miss for me!
