Chris Brown has made it abundantly clear that he doesn’t care if people hate him. Despite constant criticism for his less-than-admirable |life decisions, Brown remains stubbornly unapologetic, and even a little defiant. And this Halloween, Brown once again shoved his way into the spotlight of controversy by dressing up as a terrorist. So is this all in good fun, or just another asinine move on his part? Check out one more photo and let us know what you think.
Well, this guy certainly seems pretty desperate for attention. Or, as Gawker puts it: “Anyone else get the feeling that he’s not here to make friends?” Can someone please make an extensive list of all the times Brown has done something asinine in public? And how many people still jump to his defense? [via Gawker]

Totally inappropriate, for anyone. It’s worse for him to do it because he knows everyone is watching. What a freak. We need to ignore him so he fades out of the spotlight.

Ew.

*sigh* Can he just go away? Please?

The media loves someone who’s always providing fresh “tsk, tsk” material. Ahem, Lovelyish.

Just go all the way with it and blow yourself up, you insufferable, woman-beating asshole

People already hate him for the Rihanna thing.. and although tasteless, plenty of people dress up as really insensitive things. At my college people dressed up as the trapped Chilean coal miners, Michael Jackson as Michael Jackson’s ghost, Amy Winehouse on a binge, etc.etc.etc.
I think he’s just mentally stunted from growing up in the limelight and not having any real life experiences.

I actually think it’s really funny bad-joke costume and totally appropriate that Chris Brown did it. Usually, I’m with you guys on “Chris Brown needs to get his ass kicked and shut up” and “Rihanna’s trashy for forgiving him.” But this was funny.

don’t like him, but it’s quite funny really – what’s scarier than a Muslim terrorist? Not much!

I think it’s funny. Terrorists should be mocked and treated with disdain, just like he’s doing here by dressing up as one.

It’s just not funny, or even clever. There are some things that are just too terrible mimic lightheartedly. It’s like someone dressing up as Hitler for Holloween. You look at each other awkwardly…”Haa…haa?”

I’m torn with all of the Anti-Chris Brown aggression. On the one hand, I’m extremely happy people are taking a stand against domestic violence and holding abusers accountable. On the other hand, there has never been backlash even remotely close to this level for the countless famous white abusers. It isn’t a coincidence.
