I really don’t know what it is about love stories, but they get me every single time. So I knew it was going to be a mistake when I clicked on this gallery of the most romantic pictures of all time. But I had no idea just how heart-melting it would get…

It started off with some misty eyes, which turned into real tears, and then, very suddenly, I was uncontrollably sobbing. The loud kind of sobbing, too, where you can’t breathe and you can’t see through all the water. And now I’m covered in snot and owing my boyfriend and explanation for this sudden disintegration into a pile on the floor.

But the images are worth it, I promise! Nothing (besides baby animals and maybe food) inspires happiness like real love. Once you’re done crying, you’ll feel all warm and fuzzy.
