If Mean Girls has taught us anything, it’s that “Halloween is the one night a year when a girl can dress like a total sl*t and no other girls can say anything about it.” Yes, we’re all quite familiar with the sexy (and sometimes strange) costumes that usually-demure women like to break out once a year. (My personal favorite? The “sexy shower” costume.) Most Halloweens I wonder if anyone recognizes me as a woman in my decidedly un-sultry Pikachu/owl/whatever getup in a sea of low necklines and high hemlines.
