Halloween is the perfect time to unleash your wild side. These dripping “blood” nails are no exception! It may look like a complicated endeavor but I assure you, it’s easy, breezy! With red polish, a clear coat and toothpicks, this look can be yours in no time. Find out how after the cut!
Don’t let it gob up at the end of the toothpick, dab any excess paint on the side of the bottle as seen above.
Start with the dots, drag the toothpick to the end of your nail.
Run the toothpick along the tip of your nail to connect the “blood.”

I just did these last week! They were a big hit.
I used a dark maroon color and red and mixed it to give it a more authentic blood color. You can check it out here. You can also check out my spiderweb nails and mummy nails (don’t mind the mummy nails’ unpolished look. I took a picture of it right after I did them).
