Due to my obsession with World War Z and an absurd number of zombie flicks, I frequently dream about zombie apocalypse scenarios wherein I have to blend in, escape or just generally hide out. Of course, a zombie outbreak (or any type of “rage virus” a la 28 Days Later) would not be very fun and would not be exciting so much as horrifying, but does that mean we can’t, at the very lease, imagine ourselves in these situations the same way you might image how you would’ve reacted had you needed to escape from Pompeii? So here are some ways we can be prepared!
Plus, with bath salts and all…
Click here to enlarge the whole thing! I love infographics and this is one of my favorites, so I definitely wanted to share it considering (A) The Walking Dead is back and (B) it’s the best month of the year!
Lovelies, how would you react to a zombie apocalypse? What advice would you add to this infographic?

“The hardest part about the zombie apocalypse will be pretending to not be excited.”

World War Z is fantastic. I fear the movie will be a huge let down.

@AncoraImparo@xanga - Sadly, same. From everything I’ve heard about it, I’m not optimistic.

every time i walk in a new building, i immediately assess how easily it could be defended in the case of a zombie outbreak.

@samescobar -
my place of employment is screwed. one whole wall of nothing but windows. and i’m on the ground floor… and the stairways are wide open, no easy way to block or destroy them.
having said that, i don’t know what the roof access situation is… and i feel like i might get fired if i try to find out. and there’s a Sam’s across the street we can raid for supplies, if needed.
my house sucks, too.

Oh god my place of employment is (A) on the seventh floor (B) only has a coffee machine + some vending machines and (C) is haunted, so I imagine there’d be a duel (to the death? to the undeath?) between ghosts and zombies.
IMHO, if zombies were coming, the first things I’d buy would be real supplies. The second would be a TON of of booze and drugs because if it’s inevitable and zombies are gonna eat me, I might as well not feel anything.

This was a fun read! I’m actually tempted to attend one of the zombie training events. Out of all the supernatural beings, zombies freak me out the most because I think they’re the most realistic/possible. >_>

i dunno if i believe in zombies, id much rather put my vote into Vampires existing as oppose to zombies, but this was pretty cool to read!
