Most of the year, I’m not that interested in watching scary movies. It’s not that I think they’re bad or low-brow; there are just other things I’d rather watch. But once October rolls around, my mood begins to change. The crisp weather puts me in the mood for some scary (but preferably not too gory) fun, and I watch everything from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre to The Thing before Halloween gets here. But despite my viewing habits, I’ve never been a horror movie buff. Which is why these little-known facts about scary films were so interesting to me! For example, did you know that Tom Cruise was originally offered the role of Edward Scissorhands? That would have been bizarre. (And I guess it’s technically not a horror film, but the fact is still intriguing!) Click here to read even more intriguing tidbits of spooky information.

That’s not Aaron Carter, that’s Nick. And it was Nick who was in Edward Scissorhands. Die-hard fan of BSB since ’98 over here…
I’ll let this slide, since I’m the creeper in this case.

Edward Scissorhands is not a scary movie, however that was still a fun fact that I did not know.
