I love mason jars. They are super cheap (like, $11 bucks for 24 jars) and come in all different sizes. But odds are, you probably already have some around the house. I really enjoy things that have multiple purposes, and if one thing can be said about mason jars, they are multi-purpose. I use them for cups (measuring and drinking), vases, storage of odds and ends… but the possibilities are limitless. Check out some of the awesome things you can do with mason jars.

I have no good ideas. I think they would be better than cans in a way for miscellaneous storage since you can see what’s in them. I use them for ice cream floats because I can put a lot of ice cream and a whole can of soda in one without it overflowing.

Haha, this was much better than the “store things in them” post way back. I absolutely love mason jars. They are a great alternative to plastic tupperware containers. The mason jar salad is fabulous.
