Just print the following black and white image and cut out the pattern on black acrylic. From there, attaching jump rings and earring hooks is all that’s left. Easy, breezy and beautiful! [via instructables]
Materials:
. 1/8″ black acrylic
. Jump rings
. Earring hooks
Steps:
1. Tape your printed skeleton onto an 1/8″ sheet of black acrylic and use a Dremel to cut out.
2. Attach each section with jump rings.
3. Attach earring hook to top jump rings
4. Voila! Accessory perfection.

This is really cute! Do you think it would be weird to try this with a thick black fabric like felt? Or any other materials besides acrylic? I no longer own a dremel.

@eugenia@xanga - I bet if you cut out the pattern on poster board, you could use rubber cement and have it as a backing for the fabric so it would keep it’s shape
