You may have noticed that in the ‘about me’ section in the left column I call myself a “craft junkie.” There has never been a truer statement about me. But, I’m not just a junkie for crafting, I’m a junkie for craft supplies. It’s a weakness.  I seriously have an entire room of my house dedicated to my craft junk.

My most recent craft supply obsession is Washi Tape. It is so cute and has so many uses, I can’t think of a better supply to have around, even if you aren’t an avid crafter. If you aren’t familiar with Washi Tape, it’s Japanese masking tape that comes in tons of colors and pattern. Just like masking tape, it will peel cleanly off most surfaces… but will become stiff and harder to peel the longer you leave it stuck on the surface.

You can order Washi Tape from online shops like CuteTape.com. But I think the best way to buy it (and the cheapest way) is to buy it by the yard on Etsy. You can get 8 different patterns, one yard each for about $6, as opposed to an entire roll for about $4. So, unless you need an entire roll for something, by the yard is the way to go! Here are 18 amazingly simple and cute things you can do with Washi Tape.

Decorate your stash box

Decorate glass candle holders
