While I’m known to occasionally splurge on some pricier makeup from time-to-time, I still purchase most of my products from the local drug store. I figure it’s okay to splurge on something a little pricey sometimes, especially when I’m saving money by purchasing my other products for less.

Here are my current top ten (but not in any order) beauty must-haves for under $10.

Goody Double Wear 2-in-1 Ponytail Bracelet, around $5 at Walgreens
I always wear my hair ties around my wrist anyway, so it’s awesome to have that extra bit of shine on my wrists. I also love how it makes the everyday ponytail a bit more polished.

Maybelline Colorshow Nail Color, around $3 at Target
I love their bright and bold colors, and they are surpringly long-lasting. As long as you apply a topcoat, expect the color to stay put for at least a week! My favorite is Amethyst Ablaze.

Maybelline SuperStay 10-Hour Lip Stain, around $7 at Target
These folks aren’t lying. I apply my lip stain (along with a little lip balm over it) before I leave for work, and it is still there into the night before I go out. The lip stain also tastes and smells a little like Kool Aid, so that’s always a plus.

Rimmel London Glam Eyes HD Shadow, around $6 at Walgreens
These eyeshadows are so cute, I love the Union Jack details. The price isn’t bad either. :)

Mark Just Pinched Instant Blush Tint, around $8 at Avon

I’m a fair-skinned gal, so I look pretty vampy when it starts to get cold outside. This blush glides on smooth and is super easy to blend. And it has my boyfriend’s name on it, so there’s that. :)

Revlon ColorStay Eyeliner Pencil, around $8 at Ulta
This eyeliner pencil is super easy to use and it doesn’t require sharpening. I bought the waterproof pencil in black.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Cleansing Wipes, around $8 at Ulta
I love their grapefruit scented products. They smell great and they’re oil-free! Perfect for those nights where it’s just too hard to wash all of your makeup off.
Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm, around $3 at Target
Bright lip balm that tastes great and keeps my lips hydrated. For this upcoming cold weather, it’s a must-have.
Eos Lip Balm, around $3 in most drugstores
I can’t get enough of these things. I’ve purchased them in every color (the lemon and sweet mint are my favorites) and they’re almost impossible to lose in my purse. I’ve also tried just about every chapstick under the sun and these are the best keeping my lips hydrated while it’s cold outside.
Rimmel Volume Accelerator, around $8 at Wal-Mart

This wand is similar to the Dior mascara that I used to use back in the day, and it definitely builds my lashes. I just heat up my eyelash curler for a few seconds with my hair dryer, curl and apply this stuff. Instant volume.
