Wow! Has anyone else checked out Rashida Jones’ new photo shoot for Flaunt Magazine? The brunette beauty recently did an interview for the mag, which revealed portraits taken by Flaunt photographers Steve and Mada of our girl from the hit show, Parks and Recreation. You have to check these out. 

Rashida looks absolutely stunning. I think the shoot does a phenomenal job of combining her raw beauty (wet, slicked-back hair) with her feminine sensuality (check out that bra and leather jacket combo!). Plus, this is not a look we’ve seen the cutie go for before. I mean, remember her as Karen Filapelli on The Office?

Yeah, I’d say that her look has changed since her first appearance on the hit show in September of 2006. She’s obviously flourished into an incredibly beautiful woman. The best part is that she’s not just beauty, though! Jones graduated from Harvard University in 1997 and has been in a string of reputable hits, including roles in Brief Interviews with Hideous Men, I love You Man, My Idiot Brother, The Social Network, Friends with Benefits, The Muppets, and most, recently, Celeste and Jesse Forever. And, of course, she has a recurring role on Amy Poehler’s hit show, Parks and Recreation. In addition to acting, Jones writes screenplays and sings. Can you say new girl crush? 

According to IMDB, Jones is of Irish, African, Russian, and Jewish descent, the daughter of music mogul Quincy Jones and actress, Peggy Lipton. The girl obviously has talent and beauty in her blood. I mean, look at this photo of her and her mother which appeared in People in 2008. 

Her mother was 61 at the time. 61, lovelies. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, right?
