Each October, I’m reminded of this little gem from 2004′s Mean Girls: “Halloween is the one night a year when a girl can dress like a total s*ut and no other girls can say anything about it.“
Still, I think we can all agree that some things were just not meant to be sultry.
It’s hard not to think of Regina George and the gang when, each Halloween, more and more half-naked women are filling the bars and parties. Sexy kittens, skimpy policewomen and naughty French maids are the usual culprits…but I have a feeling this Halloween might be a little bit different.

I hate majority of the “Sexy _____” costumes. I’m not down to pay $50 on really cheap material. I’d much rather be creative with my halloween costumes.

I think Cat Woman is an easy costume, you can be fully clothed (all in black with boots) and still look sexy.

I don’t think the hulk hogan one is meant to be sexy… that’s just a girl who happens to have a good body in a hulk hogan costume. If she’s worn the hulk’s ACTUAL costume… and done his signature move… that would’ve been the sexy version.
