Yes, you read that right. The Hanson brothers got together to cover Taylor Swift’s “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and there’s a VIDEO!
I’ve loved Hanson since I first heard them on the radio when I was about 12 years old, and I still catch myself rocking their older albums every now and then. They’ve still been making music since then (even starting their own independent record label and brewing their own beer) and they recently got together to cover Taylor’s song with a keyboard, guitar and cajun drum. I may have to dust off my “Middle of Nowhere” CD when I get home from work today…I love it!

I hate Taylor Swift, but I LOVE Hanson. They are so incredibly talented. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised to see their faces pop up on my google reader feed! I haven’t heard T.Swift’s song and I haven’t listened to the Hanson cover… but I felt the need to “defend” my beloved band before someone came and tried to knock them.

I’ve never heard the Taylor Swift song but I will listen to it if my pretend husband is singing it.
