I probably spend more money on Etsy than I do at any other retail store or website. I love the handmade, unique, personalized pieces and knowing that I’m supporting independent sellers and businesses. And if there are cats involved, I’m totally on board. I think I overcompensate on my “cat gear” because I don’t own any cats. I used to have a couple of cats, but unfortunately, they both perished when my apartment burned down a few years ago. My boyfriend (who I was not dating at the time of the fire) is also claiming to be very allergic, so unfortunately, I don’t even think I’ll be able to have an outside cat. Sad face. Hopefully one day, scientists will be able to build the perfect hypoallergenic cat, and I will find him at a local shelter and my life will be complete. But until then, there’s always Etsy.
Here are some of my favorites, with the names of the sellers linked to the objects:
I love these cute earring posts by Mouseblossom, They’re nickel-free and each one is hand-drawn, so each piece will be slightly different. They’re also pretty inexpensive, around $7.
A lovely little flask from LadyRene that also comes in pink, $18.95.
This one is definitely my favorite… temporary cat tattoos from harrietgray! You can purchase single ones, or in packs of three and seven. Singles are around $4, and it’s around $8 for three and $16 for all seven designs.
Feral cat tote by spagecko, $10.00.
Don’t forget to check out some other cat lady favorites in the gallery!
Do you shop on Etsy? Who are some of your favorite sellers?

Thought these things would be stupid before I looked (just reminded me of another cat related post which didn’t have very good things…) but…. These are actually really cute! Pretty temped to get the flask and earrings lol.
