I’m a little biased about the Fall season because my birthday is at the beginning of it and I’m a bit of a nerd so starting a new school year always makes me do a little dance inside. Luckily, there are many more reasons for everyone to be excited about the upcoming season and here’s why

Fall Back
Nobody ever complained about having an extra hour of sleep. Sure, your body will get used to it in a couple of days, but I love thinking that it’s a certain time of day only to realize that my day isn’t as gone as I thought it was. Moving the clocks back an hour does the body (and the mind) good.

New TV Shows
No need to get depressed about the awesome summer shows coming to an end. This year in particular, there are so many great looking shows airing in the Fall. I am especially excited about The New Normal, Go On and The Mindy Project. Get your DVRs ready!

Apples and Pumpkins and Turnips, Oh My!
So many delicious seasonal foods will be available at grocery stores and farmers markets. Fall is a season for cooking, baking and trying new recipes and with awesome ingredients, you can’t go wrong.

Football
Even if you are not a huge fan of football like me (I thought a Hail Mary pass was when a player did not want to say the prayer before the game), you can still enjoy tailgating and dressing up in cute outfits with your team’s colors. It is also a genius excuse to have a shopping day with the girls and not feel bad about leaving your man at home by himself.

Cooler Temps
If you were tired of feeling like you were going through early menopause; having hot flashes every single day, rejoice! Cooler temperatures are coming which means cute boots and sweaters and not sweating as soon as you step out of the door.

What aspects of Fall do you love?
