Have you ever had a friend with a mind so similar to yours that you can just sit there and play off each other? I dated a guy once and nearly all our conversations included some sort of cat pun. It was fun until we ran out of good ones.
I find myself drawn to people with a good sense of humor, a quick whit and a sharp tongue; And I have participated in my share of ridiculous ‘punny’ conversations, but nothing like this. This string of texts making its way around the internet is simply out of control.
Yes, this string of texts is super long, but totally worth reading all the way through. I have never seen such an brilliant use of ocean puns. I am so impressed, that if I knew these people, I’d take them out for some crab legs or buy them a bag of gummy sharks or something. String of puns = amazing but I mostly had to say how awesome it is that you do the cat pun thing, too. At least three relationships I’ve had involved dialogue consisting primarily of cat puns, songs where we’d change the lyrics to apply to cats and simply say “meow” a lot.
