There are things in life our generation was never warned about. Things like “Just because you have an Instagram, doesn’t mean you are a photographer.” We had to figure social media etiquette out for ourselves. And we might be able to share tips on how to survive in the world of social media with our children and grandchildren, But until then, we just have to work our way through Internet faux pas.
It’s like learning all over again how to be a functioning member of society, so here are some social media tips your grandmother never gave you. Don’t be a social outcast, obey to your elders.

What is some advice you wish you could have gotten from older generations about modern day society & technology?

Just because you think you are anonymous doesn’t make you invisible.

@Tara Higgins@facebook - they also messed up grammar… don’t buy an app that has “a” ugly logo. They got it right the first time.. an app… why not the second time… an ugly… simple grammar. Spelling is annoying, but when people don’t bother to speak their own language properly just shows how little they care about the free education they are allowed in America. Someone needs to take them on a trip to South America or Africa.
The grandma thing is cute though! Love it.
